Almost without any attention, silently, two days ago the prophecy in Zephaniah 2:4 was fulfilled by the fact that the people of Asdod for the first time in the renewed conflict ( as in thousands of years ) had to leave their place to go for shelter. A video of the some of the people of Asdod standing on a hill following the more covered Israeli action inside Gaza which, according to Zephaniah 2:4, eventually becomes forsaken. Which is exactly what already happened 3 years ago.
So whats next ? Well, the inhabitants of East Jeruzalem ( picture on the right ) can prepare themselves for some ex-Gaza citizens to occupy the neighborhood.

AYBABTU - 2nd Coming
The other day I saw a very nice video of a Messianic Jew doing the maths on 1967+50 years all over again. Even though the very well educated scholar at least got all the signs in a row, the unloving sin punishing pre-trib god emerged from his teaching, placing the beginning of the Trib early autumn 2008.

- deadly wounded by a head injury, and revived as a medical miracle.
- command to deploy the beast system in most of the western world.
And if so then I'll unfortunately have to agree with several more exotic interpretations of Kains' story in Genesis and yeah, and that would certainly suck.
When this is the case then McCain & Palin were running against the man himself. Should bring in more then enough decoration for them.

the Georgian War, prophetically.
All right, while trying out the l33test UT3 mods ( you should really try out the BR-mod ) another important piece for the Mideast puzzle fell into place; The Gog Magog war as described in Ezechiel 38 is a (semi-botched) full scale attack on Israel, but the NATO backup that Georgia had received the last 12 years or so this was kind of a cork on that bottle. The genie now definitely has come out, paving the way for access for the Russian-Chino forces to advance unhindered into the Middle East war-theatre.
This Georgian 'obstacle' has now thoroughly been removed; 'clearing' the way for the Russian-Chino march to commence, made possible at a later stage. Their military leaders might not be aware but when the Iranian war/attack takes place and Israel receives the brunt of the 'blame' for it the way from the North is cleared from now on.
There are according to debkafile 100k Russian troops in the Georgia arena, with more pouring in while the Georgian army is almost wiped out completely. The Russians & accompanying bands ( note the Ezechiel 38 reference ) should go back before all this stuff with Iran gets attention. Should be up next.

Questions
Very recently someone asked me: "what drives you, motivates you to do all the things you do and more", and as the man lifted his his head towards me he continued, "In the past you gave up everything you had, you're still prepared to give up everything you have even taken precautions, and most probably repeat it in the very near and even very far future to continue with a 'cause'."
My answer would be "The thruth ? The absolute thruth ? I don't know how many people could handle the truth..." One answer would that the fall of my living standard would be even higher if I would stay here, another could be that I can use my talents in a better way when they're not aimed at getting the rich even more rich ?
But deep, very deep in my heart I am convinced that not very long from today this once civilized part of the world will look as depicted in Sigur Ros' - Untitled #1.
This is the end, my friend.

As the newsreader in the movie Network points out that even in 1976 everything was connected and intertwined I would like to point out that this remote location in a desert in Iran, one of the most desolate places on earth, the village of Natanz is connected to the past, present and future of everyone in the world.

During a short break today I brought the subject of my birthday present up and unsurprisingly the subject 'Almelo - Urenco' came into focus.
We talked a bit about spent fuelrods, how spent they actually were, and them being transported in the white, sometimes green cilindrycal casks.
So, without further adue, and with the pretty picture to the right in mind I dare you to count the total amount of crates stored there that came out of those transport casks.

Answer: almost 1600 crates, enough fuel for 10 medium sized nuclear plants in OPEN AIR. Each crate contains a bundle that contains 121-193 fuel rods and weighs a combined 134.5 kg, which amounts to more then 200 Tonnes of highly radioactive fuel stored there.

Gush Kativ

Sigur Ros - Heima
This weekend I saw some high-definition footage of Iceland through the eyes and experiences of Sigur Ros by means of their new DVD called Heima. The physical distance between two very similar kinds of 'folk' couldn't be further apart; yet I found striking similarities between the Boerevolk/Afrikaners of South Africa and the locals of Iceland. It can't be called coincidence that supporters of the Boerevolk are also to be found in Iceland.

Ubuntu - Almelo part 2 ; Finkers, Wilders and Bunkers
By now some of you must have noticed I'm Dutch, ( and an SA expat, but that's something for another day ) but before the whole Internet grinds to a squeetching halt in certain parts of the World because of the 'Fitna' movie I'm catching the early wave.
In my previous post regarding radiating matters I briefly touched on the connection between Almelo where ( according to Mr. Herman Finkers, a local stand-up comedian ) the traffic light is the #1 attraction of the town, a Pakistani scientist and a Wild man called Wild-ers.
Now, for this post today I've added another acronym; 'Bunkers'. This points to my birthday present; a Gamma Scout. Yes, on the 13th next month I'm gathering funds for this nifty little device for sale at conrad for the paltry sum of 299 euros ( 499$ )
I've indended to own such a device for years now, and the time has arrived for me to purchase such an item and store it next to the potassium iodine. I advice all those residing in Western Europe and the US Eastern Seaboard to follow suit. It's the price of 'freedom'.
If anyone wants to use my Gamma Scout when they need it they can; now that's Ubuntu

Rand collapse
Look and see the South African market losing 45% value in 2.5 years: its the Euro/Rand 2.5 Year - with the red line as 50 days average.
Good news: somewhere along the line this situation will stabilise
Bad news: it'll get worse before that level will be found
After level is found and sustained chances are it'll once again collapse to the R14-15 range. Get used to a Rand thats 'cheap'.
The Euro will also get stronger. Hope for the ailing Rand and SA economy is a cheaper dollar; which is also on the charts; flickr.com/photos/twobombs/2315684857/
Update: the 100 & 200 day average are also pointing north.... which means that the Rand will go down to the 14-15R against the euro even sooner and on the longer term even more, Real Soon Now(c). Additional source

Flashing a HTC S710/e650/Vox
Yes, thats a Linux boot loader. The code is injected into the memory of the Windows Mobile 6 driven device. After flashing the device it will run WM 6.1 ( think: vista look ) I've had some bad problems with this thing, and hope they'll go away by flashing the critter.

Almelo & Pakistan

A couple of posts ago I promised to open up at least a volley on the connection between a relative unknown city here in the eastern part of The Netherlands called 'Almelo' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Almelo and Pakistan.
Well, now that the genie came out of the bottle through someone 'reckoned most unlikely for the task' ( yes: this is a LOTR quote ) I can reveal the connection.
In Almelo there is a uranium enrichment centre called 'Urenco' http://www.wise-uranium.org/ediss.html#ALMEXP in the 80s a Pakistani scientist' worked there http://www.nuclearactive.org/docs/LES022904b.html and stole several nuclear secrets.
With that knowledge Mr. Khan build the so called 'Islamic Bomb' those Dutch/EU/US secrets were then also sold to the highest (Islamic) bidder.
Oh yeah, did I mention that I once worked inside a nuclear installation ?
More on this and other radiating issues later on.

With my dai-katana ( pun intended ) one has a very big, beautiful and, compelling gameplay in Oblivion. After this the addon pack awaits; this is just awesome, I didn't had as much fun since the text adventure 'The Hobbit' on ye ole MSX ( yes, that was 1984 ) with this sort of stuff.

Truth is that EU/NL forces are fighting not rebuilding in Afghanistan and this will backfire. I could and can write a whole bunch about this but in short for now I'll summarise the next geopolitical rant with a famous local dutch saying :
